Standard Dryer Vent Cleaning (Starting at $99)
This service focuses on safely improving airflow and reducing lint buildup in your dryer vent system. We disconnect the dryer, thoroughly clean the transition duct, and clean the dryer vent line from the wall connection to the exterior termination. We also inspect the exterior vent hood and verify proper airflow before reconnecting the dryer. This option does not include opening the dryer cabinet and is ideal for routine maintenance and most residential or apartment settings.
Dryer Vent + Dryer Interior Cleaning (Starting at $175)
This comprehensive service includes everything in our Standard Dryer Vent Cleaning, plus internal cleaning of the dryer itself. In addition to cleaning the vent system, we carefully remove the dryer access panel to clean lint and debris from inside the dryer cabinet. This option provides the most thorough lint removal and is recommended for dryers that have not been serviced in several years, are overheating, or for homeowners looking for the highest level of preventative maintenance. This service does not include repairs or adjustments to dryer components.
Muti Family Community Exterior Dryer Vent Maintenance (Roof & Sidewall Access)
Exterior-only dryer vent maintenance service for individually vented units.
Service includes removal and cleaning of the exterior vent cover and mechanical brushing up to approximately 8 feet of accessible ductwork from the exterior termination to remove lint and debris.
This service is performed from the exterior only. Interior ductwork, shared or concealed duct systems, horizontal runs beyond brush reach, booster fans, and the dryer appliance are not accessed or serviced.
Pricing assumes independent dryer vent runs with direct exterior termination.
Repairs, disconnections, or additional access requirements are not included and may be quoted separately if needed.

This service includes sealing and weatherproofing around the exterior dryer vent hood or louver where it penetrates the home We apply professional-grade exterior sealant to close gaps around the vent termination, helping prevent:

• Cold air drafts and energy loss
• Pest and insect entry
• Long-term exterior deterioration
This is a preventative maintenance add-on often recommended when existing caulking is missing, cracked, or deteriorated.
